Kevin Costner wheel in Romania a series on the American Civil War
Actor Kevin Costner wheel these days in Romania a television miniseries for the History Channel set in the early years after the American civil war, as one could know this week.
Costner, of 56 years, arrived Tuesday in the Balkan country, where filmed during two days in the small town in Dragoslavele, in the province of Arges, central area of the country. “We chose Dragoslavele because the relief of struggle is identical to the America,” he told the press Lelie Greif, producer of the series.
Shooting will last 13 weeks and will take place in several places in Romania.
The argument for An American Vendetta (“American revenge”) focuses on the rivalry centenary of two families of West Virginia and Kentucky, which triggered a series of crimes, intrigues and love stories on both sides of the Tug River that separates the two American States.
